Dr. Theophilus Ogumbe is the Managing Director/CEO of Spotlight Global Realty, a high-level Executive Director at Threadstone Properties Ltd, and the Chief Strategy Officer at De Velli Groups. In these roles, he is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s long-term strategic vision and direction.
A highly analytical leader with over two decades of experience, Dr. Ogumbe leverages advanced mathematical modelling and financial analysis to drive investment decisions and optimize real estate portfolios. His unique blend of mathematical expertise and business acumen, combined with extensive experience in the banking sector, has established him as a trusted authority in real estate and investment.
Dr. Ogumbe holds a B.Sc in Mathematics and an M.Sc in Applied Mathematics from the University of Calabar, as well as a Ph.D. in Business Management from American Heritage University. His expertise spans financial modeling, market analytics, portfolio optimization, and value creation through strategic acquisitions and development.

Abdulrasheed Abubakar is an entrepreneur and technology professional with a strong track record in project management, operations, and IT infrastructure. He currently serves as Information Technology Specialist at Jiwo Investment Nigeria Limited, managing the IT service delivery team responsible for infrastructure and support across the corporate office.
Prior to this, he spent over six years as General Manager at Jiwo Constructions Company, where he led project management and operations successfully overseeing the supply and delivery of major projects, including the New House of Assembly Complex and the ICT Zenith Bank Hub, both completed on time and within cost targets.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Alhikmah University, Ilorin, and combines his technical foundation with skills in research, artificial intelligence, and negotiation. Known as a creative problem-solver and lifelong learner, he approaches every challenge with curiosity, discipline, and a drive to deliver results.
Aunthioannette Chinoye Stephen is a results-driven executive and business leader with over 15 years of experience spanning project coordination, interior design and woodworks, business development, customer relations, and operations management. She currently serves as Project Management Partner at Downtown Smart City Ltd and Regional Coordinator at Arise Africa Kingdom Pty Ltd, where she strengthens cross-team communication and supports programme delivery across the region.
As Managing Director of Cordels & S Spaces and CEO of Cordels & S International Projects Ltd, Aunthioannette has led interior design and woodworks projects from concept to completion — overseeing budgets, timelines, vendors, and quality standards while driving business growth through branding and client partnerships. She previously served as Country Director for Everest Construction BSN Pty Ltd in South Africa, representing the company regionally and leading brand marketing and business development efforts.
She holds a B.Sc. in Political Science from the University of Abuja and an HND in Mass Communication from Dorben Polytechnic. Born in Wiesbaden-Sonnenberg, Germany, Gregor began his professional journey as a registered architect in 1999. Over the years, he has led and managed a wide range of development projects, building a reputation for excellence in delivering high-quality and complex assignments.
In 2021, he relocated to Nigeria, where he continues to lead major project management initiatives. His extensive experience and leadership have enabled him to work on high-profile presidential projects as well as international development initiatives within Nigeria.
