Spotlight Global Realty – Affiliate Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction & Agreement By registering as an Affiliate with Spotlight Global Realty (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. These terms govern your participation in the Spotlight Global Realty Affiliate Program (“Program”).

2. Enrollment & Eligibility

  • Applicants must provide accurate, complete personal and business details during registration.
  • We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
  • Affiliates must maintain ethical business practices and represent Spotlight Global Realty professionally at all times.

3. Referral Links & Tracking

  • Upon approval, Affiliates will receive unique referral links or codes to track referrals.
  • The Company is not responsible for unrecorded referrals caused by prospective buyers disabling cookies, using ad-blockers, or failing to use the correct referral link/code during inquiry or registration.

4. Commission & Payment Terms

  • Qualifying Sales: Commission is earned only on completed, verified real estate transactions where full or required initial payment has been received and verified by Spotlight Global Realty.
  • Payout Schedule: Commissions are processed after payment clearance and client onboarding verification according to the Company’s scheduled payout cycles.
  • Cancellations & Refunds: If a client transaction is canceled, refunded, or determined to be fraudulent, any accrued or paid commissions for that deal will be deducted from future payouts or reclaimed.

5. Promotional Guidelines & Code of Conduct

  • Approved Marketing: Affiliates may use officially provided branding materials, property listings, brochures, and media supplied by Spotlight Global Realty.
  • Prohibited Conduct:
    • Making false claims, unauthorized price modifications, or misleading representations regarding any property, development, or service.
    • Engaging in spamming, unapproved paid advertising using the company’s trademarked terms, or aggressive marketing tactics.
    • Attempting to earn commissions on self-referrals unless explicitly authorized in writing.

6. Intellectual Property Spotlight Global Realty grants Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use authorized logos, property visuals, and brand assets solely for promoting properties under this Program. All rights, titles, and interests in the brand remain exclusively with Spotlight Global Realty.

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time with written notice.
  • Spotlight Global Realty reserves the right to immediately terminate any Affiliate account found violating these terms, engaging in unlawful acts, or misrepresenting the brand, resulting in the forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

8. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

  • Spotlight Global Realty shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with the Program.
  • This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

9. Modifications Spotlight Global Realty reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

About LAWAL MUYIWA

Lawal Muyiwa is a highly accomplished Registered Quantity Surveyor and Commercial & Contracts Management Professional with over 15 years of experience delivering commercial leadership on major building and infrastructure projects across Nigeria. He specializes in quantity surveying, cost engineering, procurement, contract administration, commercial management, and FIDIC contract management, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects valued at over ₦20 billion.

He holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Technology in Quantity Surveying from the Federal University of Technology, Minna. He is a Registered Quantity Surveyor (RQS), a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MNIQS), and a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM).

Throughout his career, Lawal has provided commercial leadership on several landmark projects, including the Africa Re Headquarters, Bank of Industry Tower II, Cathedral of the Twelve Apostles, data centres, luxury residential developments, shopping malls, healthcare facilities, and major infrastructure projects. His expertise spans cost planning and control, procurement strategy, contract negotiations, construction claims management, variation management, extension of time (EOT) assessments, financial reporting, cash-flow forecasting, and final account negotiations.

As the Quantity Surveyor of Spotlight Global Realty Limited, Lawal brings exceptional technical expertise, financial discipline, and commercial insight to the company’s real estate developments. As the Managing Director and Principal Consultant of SAROJIE Global Resources Limited, he has successfully led the planning, execution, and delivery of residential, commercial, mixed-use, and institutional projects across Nigeria.

As a Project Manager and member of the Technical Team at Spotlight Global Realty, Arc. Egiemeh contributes his expertise in project planning, design coordination, construction supervision, quality assurance, and development execution. Abdulrasheed Abubakar is an entrepreneur and technology professional with a strong track record in project management, operations, and IT infrastructure. He currently serves as Information Technology Specialist at Jiwo Investment Nigeria Limited, managing the IT service delivery team responsible for infrastructure and support across the corporate office.
Prior to this, he spent over six years as General Manager at Jiwo Constructions Company, where he led project management and operations successfully overseeing the supply and delivery of major projects, including the New House of Assembly Complex and the ICT Zenith Bank Hub, both completed on time and within cost targets.

Born in Wiesbaden-Sonnenberg, Germany, Gregor began his professional journey as a registered architect in 1999. Over the years, he has led and managed a wide range of development projects, building a reputation for excellence in delivering high-quality and complex assignments.
In 2021, he relocated to Nigeria, where he continues to lead major project management initiatives. His extensive experience and leadership have enabled him to work on high-profile presidential projects as well as international development initiatives within Nigeria.
Gregor is recognized for his commitment to innovation, precision, and effective project delivery, making him a respected leader in project management.
